when booking facilities, please include adequate time for setting up and clearing up. hirers will be liable to additional charges* for extra cleaning, rubbish removal/disposal, repair/replacement of damaged equipment, additonal staffing if required and for time in returning facilities to how they were found.
lettings may be subject to a cancellation fee up to full cost if hirer has not cancelled 24 hrs beforehand.
