Copleston High School

Mental Health and Wellbeing

Wellbeing is very important to us at Copleston. In addition to wanting our students to achieve the highest grades they are capable of, we also want them to become the best version of themselves. This means we work hard to create a safe, secure and happy environment in which our students can thrive. However, we also recognise that students can face challenges both within and outside school and we want to support them as much as possible with this.  We also aim to offer resources and support to parents, so that they feel equipped to support their children through their teenage years. We recognise that staff at Copleston work very hard to enable students to be successful and accept that teaching can be stressful. We therefore have resources and support available for staff whenever they need it, to support them both within the work environment and in their personal lives in addition to resources and training to help them to support our students.
