Introduction
At Copleston High school we recognise the importance of the relationship between parents, students, teachers and the community. We always strive together to ensure the success of all of our students throughout their time spent studying at Copleston.
We wish for our parents to be informed and involved in their son/daughter(s) education. We recognise the importance of celebrating together and hold many information evenings as well as our successful celebration evenings. Parents' Evenings are always well attended and a good opportunity to discuss the progress of your son/daughter. However, we recognise that regular updates are important when tracking progress of students and parents receive progress reports throughout the year.
Communication with parents is important to us. We send by post the Chronicle to all parents every term to keep the community informed of our achievements and talents that many of our youngsters have. All letters issued to parents can be downloaded from our website.
We value the support of our parents at all levels, whether dealing with uniform issues through to support with academic issues. We encourage parents to get in contact with us (through Leaders of Learning) if there is anything of concern, at any stage of the year group, so we can work together to improve the experiences of all concerned.
