Subject teachers in the Sixth Form also teach in the main school in order to provide continuity through the three key stages.
The Sixth Form has a team of form tutors who work closely with their tutor groups in Year 12. A big part of the tutor programme in Year 12 is the one-to-one interviews that all students have with their form tutor. These interviews provide academic and pastoral support to the students.
In Year 13, a range of subject teachers run subject forms, that focus on providing the students with extra support for their academic subjects. The overall responsibility for the pastoral care and monitoring of student performance lies with the Director of Sixth Form.
