At Copleston Sixth Form, we support students with all types of post-18 pathways to ensure that they can progress to their careers of choice. We encourage students to aim high in their choice of university courses and will support you to make your application stand out. This is not just about writing a high quality personal statement, having good predicted grades or receiving positive references - it is also about early planning to ensure that you have unique skills, experiences and extra-reading to really set you apart from others with similar qualifications. At Copleston, we will provide you with a wide range of opportunities within school and support you with finding and applying for external opportunities such as relevant work experience.
The following guide is designed to support our students with applications to top universities (e.g. Oxbridge and Russell Group) and to the most competitive courses in areas such as medicine, dentistry and veterinary science.
